was born on 23rd November 1837 at 10 Pill, Messingham, Lincolnshire.
Her parents were George Wilmot and Sarah Bramhill,

John worked as a woodman. John and Mary had eight children. Six were listed on the 1881 census below. Ann, who was born in 1865, was living away from home at the time of this census. George, the youngest, was born in 1882.
